We allow returns if processed within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us to hello@shopsupercasual.com with your order number and the subject line “RETURN”. Items must be in their original condition and packaging with all tags still attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Return shipping costs will be subtracted from the refunded amount. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. How soon the credit will appear depends on your bank.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
