We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by your selected shipping carrier. We offer Route protection that insures your orders. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim. If you added Route to your order, you can file a claim through Route or send us an email to hello@shopsupercasual.com and we can file the claim on your behalf. If you live in an apartment or condominium complex please check with your building's office, sometimes the carrier will drop off the package there if it does not fit in your mailbox. Super Casual will ship all orders to the address entered at checkout and is not responsible for lost packages if the address is entered incorrectly. Super Casual is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages once the tracking number is marked as delivered by the mail carrier.
